In the rare event that products ordered by you are out of stock or do not meet the highest quality standards, our Customer Care team will contact you with substitutes for the unavailable product. These substitutes may be of the same variant but from a different brand, or alternate products. Our Food Specialist, who has an in-depth understanding of the products, makes these decisions.
If we are unable to offer substitutes, we will deliver the rest of the products at your convenience and process a refund for the out-of-stock items. In the case of alternate product selections, the cost of these substitutes will be adjusted against the original payment received, and any balance will be refunded back to you. Alternatively, if there is any extra cost (after confirmation from you), our Delivery Expert will collect it in cash during delivery.
If you are not satisfied with the suggested substitute, you can always return the product at the time of delivery.
