What if I didn't like the quality of the products delivered to me?

We kindly request that you inspect the products upon delivery. If you find the quality unsatisfactory, please return them to our Delivery Partner. They will record the details in our app to initiate a return and refund process for prepaid orders, which will be credited back to your original payment source within 7 working days. For postpaid orders, you’ll only need to pay for the products you’ve accepted.
