Why are negative points credited to my account after a purchase?

There are a few scenarios where you might encounter negative points after a purchase:

 

  1. Return Deductions: If you return an item, the points associated with that purchase might be deducted from your account balance.
  2. Points Expiry: Nature’s Basket points have a validity period of one year from the date of earning. Expired points are automatically deducted from your balance.
